Patricia (Pat) works on a variety of research projects, development initiatives, corporate governance and communications for CERC. Most recently, she has contributed to research projects undertaken for regional economic development organizations, the state legislature and state agencies.
Pat joined CERC in 2013 as part of a fellowship with the UConn Public Policy and Leadership Greater Hartford Encore program for experienced executives seeking to assist nonprofits. Prior to coming to CERC, Pat was employed in finance with a U.S. Congressional campaign.
Pat has a bachelor’s degree from Smith College and a law degree from Catholic University, and previously was an investment and corporate attorney, having worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as well as in private practice. She is an active community volunteer with affiliations that include the Renbrook School Board of Trustees, Avon Old Farms School National Council, United Way Women’s Leadership Council, Order of Malta Food Pantry, and the World Affairs Council of Connecticut.
