Jessica Inacio provides overall support to CERC’s business development initiatives by coordinating recruitment efforts and managing relationships with key stakeholders in Connecticut’s business community and economic development network. She also helps manage CERC SiteFinder®, Connecticut’s local source for commercial real estate and demographic data to help businesses analyze a potential investment.
Prior to joining CERC, Jessica worked for the City of Hartford as an executive policy advisor, and the Connecticut General Assembly as a legislative aide. She also worked on past campaigns for Mayor Luke Bronin and State Senator John Fonfara, and volunteered for the Center for Development in Central America.
Inacio received dual undergraduate degrees in political science and sociology from Bucknell University, and recently dual master degrees in public administration and survey research, as well as a graduate certificate in public financial management from UCONN. She also is treasurer for the Julio Lozada Scholarship Foundation and Greater Hartford Young Democrats, is a board member of the Portuguese Club of Hartford, and speaks fluently in several languages.
