Erron is responsible for directing various business recruitment initiatives, including researching and promoting commercial real estate properties suitable for business relocation and expansion needs in Connecticut, managing CERC SiteFinder® - Connecticut's most comprehensive listing of available commercial and industrial real estate properties, and conducting other business-to-business associated activities. He directs SiteFinder member outreach and serves as primary point-of-contact for Requests for Information, coordinates site visits, and other ad-hoc deliverables for end-users and site selection consultants that are evaluating Connecticut as a strategic location for business investment and operations.
In addition, he represents the state of Connecticut at real estate conferences, trade shows and related economic development events, and conducts webinars and training sessions for municipalities, regional groups, and commercial real estate professionals in Connecticut.
Prior to CERC, Erron was a Senior Branch Account Executive at CitiFinancial. He earned his master’s degree in real estate at Georgetown University and bachelor's degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management. He is a member of the Connecticut Economic Development Association, Real Estate Finance Association, and previously served on the Connecticut State Marshal Commission.
