CERC Announces New Board Members

The Connecticut Economic Resource Center, Inc. (CERC), the state’s leading provider of economic development services, has announced the addition of four new board members:

Albert Carbone, manager of state government and community relations at AVANGRID, Inc.
Jake Pagragan, director of business development at Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative
Roddy Diotalevi, senior director of sales and external relations at AVANGRID, Inc.
Garrett Sheehan, community relations and economic development specialist at Eversource

 

“We welcome these representatives of our funding partners to support CERC’s mission – to drive economic development in Connecticut by providing research-based data, planning, and implementation strategies to foster business formation, recruitment and growth,” said Robert Santy, President and CEO of CERC.

Bart Kollen, Deputy Commissioner at the Department of Economic and Community Development, is serving as acting board chair. In addition, the following executive board members were re-elected: Edward (Ted) Norris of the Regional Water Authority as Treasurer, and Bill Vallée of the State of Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel as Secretary.
