As Vice President of Finance, Mr. Ward is responsible for CERC's accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and financial planning.
Most recently, Mr. Ward owned his own business, providing accounting, tax and financial advisory services for individuals and small business organizations. Prior to that, he worked at PepsiCo, Inc., as the manager of financial reporting.
Other experience includes acting as a consultant to American Family Service Corp., chief business planner for Children's World Learning Centers, Inc., audit supervisor/manager of general accounting for the American Express Company's Money Order Division and senior accountant at Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Ward earned a master's degree in Taxation from Pace University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ball State University.
