The Connecticut Economic Research Center, Inc. (CERC) has just released the latest statistics for each of Connecticut's 169 towns, listing detailed demographic, economic, housing, education and workplace data.

The updated CERC town profiles include new 2007 data, such as total population, median household income, median age and banks, as well as the most recent data on town revenues, expenditures, net grant list and mill rates.  CERC continuously updates the profiles as new data are released through the year.

"By providing statistical profiles of each of Connecticut's 169 communities, CERC makes it possible for users - such as potential businesses and residents - to compare one town to another," said Jeff Blodgett, CERC's vice president of research.

As one of the many comprehensive data products available through CERC's research services, the town profiles are available free-of-charge through the click of the mouse at www.cerc.com.
