Connecticut Real Estate Executives Rewarded for 1st Quarter Successes

Connecticut real estate professionals were recently recognized for their efforts in the quarterly CERC SiteFinder® Sweeptakes. The drawing rewarded randomly selected SiteFinder users, who together facilitated 14 property transactions that resulted in 443,791 square feet of leased or purchased space in Connecticut during the first quarter of 2007.
First quarter sweepstakes winners were:
- First Prize of $400: Submitting Broker - James Fazzone of Cheshire Real Estate (Cheshire) and Jennifer Gosselin and David Barnes of CB Richard Ellis (Hartford) for the sale of 150 Commerce Court in Cheshire, a 7,115 SF office/flex building purchased by John Canning Painting & Conservation Studios.
- Second Prize of $100: Submitting Broker - Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group Realtors (Branford) for a 4,700 SF lease at 965 West Main Street in Branford to Grace Fellowship Church.
- Administrator Prize of $100: Christopher Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates (Farmington) for a deal he also brokered with Art Randolph of the Geenty Group Realtors (Branford) for a lease of 10,000 SF at 10 Beaumont Road, Wallingford. The tenant, Aerocess, moved from their previous location in Wallingford and expanded by 3,000 SF.
