Elizabeth (El) Senofonte is a registration specialist for the state's Smart Start program, which is overseen by the Office of Policy Management. She assists business owners with the registration, licensing and permitting processes necessary to operate their businesses in Connecticut.

Ms. Senofonte previously worked at Century 21 as a recruiter. Prior to that she coordinated marketing for the South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach, FL and the Garde Arts Center in New London, CT.

She is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business management.
