CERC SiteFinder Sweepstakes Goes Quarterly

Real estate professionals were recently recognized for their efforts in the SiteFinder Sweepstakes.  Previously conducted annually by CERC, the now quarterly drawing rewards randomly selected members of SiteFinder who submitted completed transactions that were aided by the use of SiteFinder. These real estate deals resulted in 413,115 square feet of leased or purchased space during the first half of the year in Connecticut. 

First quarter sweepstakes winners were:

  • First Prize of $400: Submitting Broker - Christopher Edge of Bernard Mussman Associates (Farmington), for a 3,000 SF deal with U.S. Hairspring at 17 Sparks Street, Plainville.
  • Second Prize of $100:  Submitting Brokers - Virginia Vinci & Neil Riley of H. Pearce Commercial (Rocky Hill) for a 12,040 SF deal with Lotter Concepts at 33 Massirio Drive, Berlin.
  • Administrator Prize of $100:  Barbara Petrosky for a deal submitted by Ed Godin of Matthews Commercial (Waterbury) 40,000 SF with Artbeats at 130 Scott Road, Waterbury.

Second quarter sweepstakes winners were:

  • First Prize of $400: Submitting Broker - James A. Fazzone of Cheshire Real Estate Commercial, LLC (Cheshire) for a 2,400 SF deal with Alliance Staffing of CT., LLC.
  • Second Prize of $100:  Submitting Broker - Fred Petrella of the Connecticut Realty Group (New Haven) for a 13,050 SF deal with Testlogic, Inc, 17 Kenneth Dooley Road, Middletown.
  • Administrator Prize of $100:  Carly Costanzo of OR&L (Branford) for a deal submitted by Richard Lee for Donghia Corporation at the former BIC North American Headquarters.
