Four maps were created for a client evaluating a site location for a self-storage facility. Essential data for the decision included the density of certain age and income ranges for males and military personnel, as well as the number of rented dwellings and total population density.

This client needed to visually identify the biotech cluster in the northeast as well as population density by county throughout the United States for a marketing project.

Emergency Response Centers
This map depicts the location of two potential emergency response centers and the 25-minute drive time areas surrounding them. The commercial and industrial facilities within each drive time are identified to assist in the determination of the centers' final locations.
Berlin Land Map
The town of Berlin commissioned this map to clearly identify developable, vacant land in its downtown.
