Recent sweepstakes winners were chosen from among 10 successful property transactions in Connecticut during the first quarter of 2008.

* First Prize: Submitting Brokers - Ed Godin Jr. of Matthews Commercial Properties for the sale of 3 Morse Road, Building 1, in Oxford, a 12,519 SF building purchased by Xenon Architectural Lighting.  This is a first U.S. location for this Austrian Company.

"Successes are more important than ever as our real estate industry faces challenges in the current economic environment.  Brokers must turn to creative, cost-effective resources to successfully complete the transaction process, and SiteFinder is one such resource," said Melissa Pasquale, Director of CERC SiteFinder.

For more than a decade, SiteFinder has been a key tool among hundreds of daily users in the transaction process, resulting in successful deals helping to grow businesses and jobs in Connecticut.
