Ms. Cruz is a Business Information Specialist. Her role is to provide callers to Connecticut's Business Response Center with information on doing business in Connecticut. Whether it is licensing and registration requirements, available sources of funding or other helpful assistance programs, Ms. Cruz makes sure clients are aware of programs that can help start or expand their ventures in Connecticut.
She also assists updating CERC ProgramFinderTM, a database of state programs, organizations, and information and verifies information for success stories.
Ms. Cruz was an office manager for six years prior to joining CERC.
