Advertising
Advertising is still an important medium to economic developers, but you need to create the most economical campaigns you can, especially when budgets are tight. If your needs call for advertising, CERC can assist with developing and placing print, radio and television designed for the target audiences identified.
Department of Economic and Community Development
The You Belong in Connecticut campaign targeted IT and biotech companies to promote the state as a "hot spot" for technology. CERC and its partners developed print ads, radio spots and commercials with a high-tech feel to reach decision-makers in those industries.

Waterbury Information Technology Zone (ITZ)
After more than a year in existence, and a dozen companies calling it home, the Waterbury Information Technology Zone needed a message change from promoting the Zone as "new" to promoting it as a success and worthy of being on the short list for information technology companies looking for affordable space.
CERC developed complementary print and radio ads to send this message to a broad audience from New York to Massachusetts.
QuickTracts
The QuickTracts program markets easy-to-develop sites in Connecticut. This ad has run both locally and nationally to urge towns to get their available sites QuickTracts approved and encourage site selectors and developers to check out the database.
CERC SiteFinder®
This ad was developed and placed in key real estate publications to promote SiteFinder as the place to list and find available commercial and industrial properties in Connecticut.
CERC SiteFinder Showcase
This ad promoted the fourth-annual CERC SiteFinder Showcase, a half-day event bringing together real estate and economic development professionals.
